The following website and any and all related products and Services (collectively referred to as the “Website”) are operated by SyndiGate Media Inc. and its Affiliated Parties (each of the foregoing entities, and all entities collectively, “SyndiGate” “We,” “Us” or “Our”).
Affiliated Parties means SyndiGate Media Inc., Al Bawaba Middle East Limited, Al Bawaba FZ-LLC and any related individuals, affiliates, subsidiaries, parents, and any of their trustees, directors, officers, shareholders, employees, representatives, consultants, attorneys, agents, suppliers, distributors, licensees or licensors.
Personal Information means information (which may include sensitive information) relating to a living individual who is or can be identified either from that information or from that information in conjunction with other information that is in, or is likely to come into, Our possession.

We are not targeted to, and do not knowingly collect personal information from, minors under 18 years of age. We request that these individuals do not provide personal information to Us.

The information We collect depends on the Services You use and subscribe to. It includes (but is not limited to):

The information You provide to Us is stored on servers that are located in secured facilities with restricted access and are protected by protocols and procedures designed to ensure reasonable security of such information. In addition, We restrict access to User PII to those of Our employees, independent contractors and agents who need to know this information in order to develop, operate and maintain the Website and Our Services.
